WHO/WHAT: The Chefs for Hope fundraiser is back with more than 30 food and beverage stations. Organized by Chef Chai and Pacific Rim Concepts, LLC, the fundraiser has a goal to raise $200,000 for Maui residents, with 100 percent of all ticket sales going to the Salvation Army and Hawaiian Way Fund (Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement). Participating restaurants include: Miro Kaimuki; The Kahala Hotel & Resort; Roy’s, Koko Head Café; Nami Kaze Hawaii; La Vie Waikiki; Layers of Flavor; Mariposa; Feast; Side Street Inn; Bubbly and Bleu; Chef Chai; Fresh Box; Kapa Hale; Basalt; Jinya Honolulu; Noi Thai Waikiki; Tiki’s Grill and Bar; Hot Pot Heaven; Kuhio Ave Food Hall; Fig and Ginger; KTER4U; Da Bald Guy Food Truck; Kapolei Golf Club; Nosh Hawaii and PAI Honolulu. Beverages will be provided by Hawaiian Soda Co.; Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits and RNDC. The entertainment lineup includes emcee Billy V; Jake Shimabukuro; Robert Cazimero; Tavana and Honolulu Jazz Quartet.
