WHO/WHAT: Written by Eric Stack, “Mendokusai” follows the story of Kukunu, a man in crisis. He decides to pursue a new marriage after losing his mother to lava flow. Shortly after, he is forced to involve himself in a TMT controversy in order to protect his daughter. Throughout these unexpected series of events, Kukunu and the audience learn that love doesn’t have to be ordinary and can be expressed in many unique ways.
