WHO/WHAT: The Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce presents a virtual Farm to Table webinar featuring Rachel Fukumoto, owner of Fukumoto Farms; Jason Takemura, owner and chef of Bamboo Catering; and will be moderated by Kristine Wada, marketing manager of Servco Pacific Inc. Fukumoto and Takemura will share the process involved in growing and harvesting locally grown produce and preparing a savory dish in addition to a talk story session about their background, challenges and lessons learned in the local food industry.
