WHO/WHAT: The Hawaii United Okinawa Association (HUOA) hosts its 12th annual Senior Health and Fitness Fair in Waipio. Seniors and family caregivers can learn about products and services available at this free event. Attendees can visit exhibits specializing in topics such as health, fitness and nutrition, legal and financial assistance, government programs and benefits, lifestyle products and services, community service and volunteer opportunities, Medicare and healthcare fraud detection, medical alerts and home security. This year’s festival offers free blood pressure screening, free workshops and exercise classes.
