Mānoa Honey & Mead’s Lilikoi flavored mead drink.

WHO/WHAT: Get an introduction to local honey and mead, an alcoholic beverage created by fermenting honey. Presented by the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce, the “Taste and Learn the Local Honey & Mead” webinar will be moderated by Alan Kinuhata, president of ESP Hawaii, with guest speaker Yuki Uzuhashi, owner of Mānoa Honey & Mead. Each guest will receive one bottle of honey and one bottle of lilikoi mead, both locally made by Mānoa Honey & Mead.

WHEN/WHERE: Monday, Dec. 13 at 5:30 p.m. Register by Monday, Dec. 6 by going to hjcc.memberclicks.net/honey_mead#/. Pick up your honey and mead at the Village Bottle Shop, 675 Auahi St. #121, from Wednesday, Dec. 8 through Monday, Dec. 13.

COST: $25 for HJCC & HJJCC members and $30 for non-members.
