WHO/WHAT: Learn how to make gyoza with cookbook author and designer Azusa Oda! The Japanese American National Museum presents this interactive virtual workshop, which you can easily add to your cooking routine or when you’re entertaining guests who are over dinner. An ingredient list and instructions on tool set ups will be given in advance.
