WHO/WHAT: In celebration of the Japan-America Society of Hawaii turning 45 this year, JASH is featuring a photo contest that asks for its members’ best “Ono Kine Grindz,” “Japan Explorations,” or “Oishii Tabemono.” Although this year’s anniversary milestone cannot be celebrated in person, JASH hopes this contest will help share JASH members’ best memories of Hawai‘i and Japan. Contestants may submit a maximum of six photos per category. All photos will be manually approved by JASH staff upon submission. First place winners per category will receive a $100 Visa or Mastercard cash card.
