ARE YOU MISERABLE?
There are 11 ways to be miserable:
• Use “I” as often as possible.
• Be sensitive to slight.
• Be jealous and envious.
• Think only about yourself.
• Talk only about yourself.
• Trust no one.
• Never forget criticism.
• Expect to be appreciated.
• Be suspicious.
• Listen to what others say of you.
• Look for faults in others.
