WHO/WHAT: Chef Daniel Swift of Windward Community College demon-strates his culinary techniques and expertise in AARP HAWAI’I’s “Fast, Healthy & Ono” webinar series, cosponsored with WCC’s Uala Leaf Café.

The Thursday series, which has run since Sept., will end with five epi-sodes on how to cook beloved ethnic dishes, in a holiday-oriented section en-titled “Celebrate Hawaiʻi’s Diverse Cuisine.” Past webinars on subjects such as frozen foods, knife skills and cooking basics will also be posted on AARP HI’s Facebook page (facebook.com/AARPHawaii/).
