FORGIVING OURSELVES
It is hard to forgive others. It is harder still to forgive oneself. How can we forgive ourselves for something we have done or left undone? Futile remorse and a sense of guilt can wreck a human life, paralyzing the very soul, if not the body. If we are to be healthy in body and mind, we must forgive ourselves.
