Coming from a family of thieves, Hana Mikumo is a librarian in the open; however, she gets caught up in a whirlwind of dirty mischiefs due to her skillful abilities as a robber. Even though the ‘Lupin’ family motto is to only target the villains, Kazuma, Hana’s boyfriend, is always caught up in their thievery, due to his job as detective. At times, he is often attacked by some of these villains, and this in turn makes Hana feel the need to save him from them, but these kinds of action lead to unwanted consequences. “Takaga Mondo: Severance,” premieres Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 7:35 p.m.
The lobby clerk of a branch of Seventh Meiwa Bank solves the major incidents that occur in the city one after another! Mondo Takaga meets a boy named Taiju, who screamed, “this bank killed my dad!” His dad tried to kill himself and then ran away after his loan was denied. Mondo promises Taiju that he will find Taiju’s father. Fully subtitled in English.

It’s been 10 years for the four men to have a reunion since their high school graduation. It was supposed to be just a prank; however, the teacher is found dead the following day. Did anyone of them murder him? All of them deny any wrong doing. Their gradual doubt gnaws at each other. This eventually makes them find out shocking secrets from their high school days. Then the murder case gets another victim. Fully subtitled in English.

And what kind of dark fate do the abducted children drag their adult victims toward?

In the Edo period, there was a system called “Sankin-Kotai” under which feudal lords in the Edo period were required to spend every other year in residence in Edo. Masaatsu Naito, who is a head of the small and poor clan, ordered to come to Edo in just four days with his staff. However, his mission has not been completed yet since some opposing leaders are planning another conspiracy to his clan. Now he has to return to his clan as soon as possible in order to save his castle which was over-taken by another clan.
