WHO/WHAT: The Hakuoh University Handbell Choir from Tochigi Prefecture will present four public concerts in Honolulu during its 28th goodwill visit. The choir, which is directed by its founder, Professor Hirotaka Arai, has the capacity to ring seven octaves of handbells in presenting its wide-ranging repertoire of music.
