WHO/WHAT: The Kauai Fukuoka Kenjinkai will hold its annual New Year’s luncheon and membership meeting. Meeting topics will include scholarships for descendants of Kenjinkai members; dues collection; Nov. 6-9 Fukuoka Worldwide convention update and tour; and lucky numbers.
WHEN/WHERE: Sunday, Feb. 17, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Koloa Neighborhood Center.
COST: $5 per person for lunch buffet from Kauai Kookie Market Place. Free for ages 80 and over and for keiki 5 years and below. No host cocktails. BYOB, pupu and desserts are welcomed.
