WHO/WHAT: Temari Hawaii’s 37th annual Trash and Treasure fair is definitely more “treasure” than trash . . . although one person’s trash could be considered another person’s treasure. The creative and handmade works of more than 45 invited artists will be available for purchase. The artists’ works were reviewed by a selection panel prior to their being invited to participate in Trash and Treasures. T&T is a great opportunity to get a head start on your holiday shopping.

WHEN/WHERE: Sunday, Nov. 4, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawai‘i’s Manoa Grand Ballroom (2454 South Beretania St.). Early entry at 8 a.m. for TEMARI and JCCH members, 9 a.m. opening for the general public.
