WHO/WHAT: Two films about life after the 2011 Daiichi nuclear power plant accident. The first film, “Haru Yo Koi: Bears, Honey Bees and Akio-san,” tells the struggles of Akio Inomata, a bear hunter, who struggles to pass on a fading tradition to future generations. The second film, “Mothers of Fukushima: Eiko & Yoshiko,” tells the story of the friendship between Eiko and Yoshiko as they try to survive the nuclear power plant disaster by telling each other jokes.

WHEN/WHERE: Sunday, June 10, Honolulu Museum of Art. Doors open at 3:30 p.m., films screens at 4 and 5:45 p.m.

COST: Free, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
