WHO/WHAT: Learn about the Superfoods of Okinawa and Hawaii at this special event presented by Lotus Spirits. The event includes a lecture, food demonstration and tasting, non-alcoholic Genki-Su cocktails, Kuba awamori cocktails, recipes and Okinawan entertainment. Features unique Awamori and Genki-Su inspired dishes and elixir by Windward Community College chef instructor K. Mahana Beamer.
