WHO/WHAT: Taiko Center of the Pacific presents “TEN TEN” to celebrate master taiko artist Kenny Endo’s 40 years of taiko drumming.
Guest performers include Hiromitsu Agatsuma, tsugaru shamisen wizard from Tokyo; Hitoshi Hamada, vibraphone artist from Tokyo; Kaoru Watanabe, transverse bamboo flutist from New York; Jeff Peterson, Grammy award-winning Hawaiian slack key guitarist; Rhythm Summit (Kenny Endo, Noel Okimoto and Dean Taba); Todd Yukumoto (saxophone and flute); Yi Chieh Lai, GuZheng (Chinese zither); Kenny Endo Taiko Ensemble and Taiko Center of the Pacific Youth Group.
