WHO/WHAT: In celebration of Honouliuli being designated a Historic National Monument, the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawai‘i, Pacific Historic Parks, Japanese American Citizens League – Honolulu Chapter and Monsanto Hawai‘i are sponsoring a welcome reception honoring U.S. Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell.
